The mind and the bodily functions - learning from animals

Scrappy made his last visit to the vet and immense bodily pain made it reasonable to let go of this body and take up the next. Till the soul left the body, the mind remained, till the mind remained the urine remained within him.

The moment the soul left, the mind left. The moment the mind left, the ego left. The moment the ego left, the fear left. And the moment fear left, the urine left.

I lifted him out to the car with the urine falling out on the way.

So is it the soul that controls the doable bodily functions? Or is it the Mind? Or it should be the ego or hence the fear?

This can be linked to the observation that as babies we urinate irrespective of the time & place. As we grow up, the mind grows and hence the ego and hence the fear, the fear that society would laugh upon us if we did urinate in our pants, and hence the control over doable bodily functions.

So yes, may be the soul is So pure that it is not even bothered about the society functions. Yes the soul might not be responsible for the doable bodily functions.
